This program will be housed under United Barbadians in Georgia (UBiG) and serve as a transformative platform for women seeking personal and professional growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The mission of the program is to foster a community of empowered women through education, mentorship, and access to essential resources. We believe, by equipping women with the tools to succeed, we contribute to stronger families and communities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\"><strong>PROGRAM OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Entrepreneurship &amp; Career Development<\/strong><br \/>Provide women with access to professional development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship training.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Health &amp; Wellness<\/strong><br \/>Support women\u2019s health and wellness, including mental health awareness and self-care initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Parenting &amp; Family Support<\/strong><br \/>Offer parenting and family support services to assist mothers in balancing career and family life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Community building<\/strong><br \/>Build a strong community network of women supporting women.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a05.
