What is the UBiG Barbados Service Trip all about?
When is the trip taking place?
October 9–14, 2025
Participants should plan to arrive in Barbados on Delta Airlines Thursday, October 9th, 9.45am-2.20pm and depart on Tuesday, October 14th, 3.30pm-8.50pm
What is the Day of Service, and who will we be working with?
The Day of Service is the heart of our mission. We’ll be working in collaboration with the Barbados Lions Club and the Barbados Agricultural Society to support the St. Peter Polyclinic Beautification Project.
It’s a hands-on, impactful day where we roll up our sleeves and show love to the community – UBiG will be providing lunch.

Will there be free time during the trip?
What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothes/shoes for the service day
- UBiG shirt this will be included in welcome bag
- Casual wear for outings

How do I reserve my spot or get more information?
Travel documents needed
- A valid passport
- If you are a green card holder you need your green card and valid passport
Is there a payment plan?
I am traveling by myself can I room with someone to cut down on expenses
Can I get my own air fare?
Question what if I don't want to stay at the hotel?
